Gavin was excellent at talking me through different options and explaining technical info about the car. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the Mini Cooper and ensured that part exchanging my car and handover was easy.

All staff were very friendly. The sales staff were excellent, very knowledgeable, very helpful, supported me throghout the sales process, couldn't have been better looked after. Provided me with test drives in both the petrol and electric minis.

Husband dropped mini off and was told he had to go to other department. We were meant to have been told this.

No personal contact. Also new tyre that was fitted pressure not correct due to valve not being replaced. Had to attend local garagw to have it replaced at a cost of £25.

Left sitting outside with centre locked because no one informed me at time of booking that I was to take car to BMW Garage and NOT Mini! Poor communication

Didn't mind having to take my car into BMW servicing next door as lady on reception was lovely. I did pre check in and agreed to a complementary wash but didn't receive. I thought there was an issue with sensor but was punctured.

The garage always treat me with the utmost respect. Keep me up to date through out the day. Send video car check. Pick up and drop off due to me being disabled and that is a great help. I know that my mini is well looked after. Thanks everyone.

I arrived at 8:30 to find the MINI centre closed. I called the main line to be told that I should have received a text advising me to sign in at BMW and take my MINI there. I received the text an hour after my scheduled appointment time!
