Smooth and friendly process, from start to finish. Graeme kept in touch with appropriate updates and was always on hand to answer questions. The handover day was great. He took all the time we needed to properly introduce us to the car.

Staff can't do enough to help. I went in on the off chance to see if they could look at my Mini the next day or so as I thought something wasn't right with a tyre. Checked there and then. Dynasties done and needed a tyre and battery . Done next day.
