the sales person was always available to answer any questions i had and even responded out of his working hours. He mad the full experience extremely personalised and wanted to make sure i was getting the right MINI for my needs

Experience was nothing special, particularly as this was my first car. Had to ask for test drive. Had to ask for tea and coffee. Coffee was instant coffee despite machine sitting there. Didn't get a saucer or biscuit (basic but makes a difference).

Al always great service from Grassicks. Delay with parts arrival and a courtesy car was supplied. Repair to faulty horn carried out under warranty, quickly and car returned promptly.

Check in / out on time. Costs as quoted. Service area took time to run go through invoice, explaining work done. Dealership bright and staff attentive. Had to check in via BMW dealer and not Mini. Missing a trick to tempt those who might change?

Wanted to £180 to investigate an aircon leak despite me having paid this before and been booked in only to be told it needed regassed, paid for that too and it didn't fix the issue, and then got no reply when I got in touch to let centre know

Always well presented and clean. Was given a lift into and back from town while my car was serviced. Two very polite young drivers. Grassicks is great for both sales(Graeme) and servicing. Bit tight for parking.

The whole process is made easy. Love the video health check. Staff are excellent in their customer service. Only issue I found is there is a clear decline in the quality of complimentary vac and wash. Some areas not touched eg back seat and car roof.
