The sales man was very helpful. A very smooth handover. He even programmed the car to both drivers phones, and adjusted all the settings. Probably the best service in over 20 years of having a motability car.

Price Gouging, apparently driven by captive BMW-driven parts prices. So BMW Mini problem not the service centre's. Service centre themselves did a good job with good communication but were not very appreciative of how ridiculous their pricing was.
