Natalie couldn't do enough and she kept us informed from the start right up to delivery. This is my 6th Mini from this dealer with the service provided always being exceptional.

Smooth and friendly process, from start to finish. Graeme kept in touch with appropriate updates and was always on hand to answer questions. The handover day was great. He took all the time we needed to properly introduce us to the car.
