Greg done a good job of keeping me informed from start to finish, & to my delight after I missed a message, took the initiative to order the air-con orings needed in time for afternoon delivery. When I replied to authorise work all was good to go ??

I did take the car back and received an offer of a reduction of 50% on the cost of repairs which were quoted at £360.

Was told car booked from 9.15- 5pm, would not give in time for completion. Telephone told engaged and she would get staff to phone me back did not happen. Eventually I arrived at 4.45pm and told car was finished at lunchtime why wasn't I informed.

I had an issue with my locking wheel nut key being missing. Despite having never touched it, when it was needed it was missing and Grassicks insisted I paid for a new one. Also, the quote to change one tyre of £253 was outrageous.

I was a little disappointed I was overcharged not by much but still did not pay the same price as was quoted over the phone for a tyre. I was quoted fitted elsewhere £30 cheaper but like to show my loyalty to Grassicks

The MOT was carried out with advice on what repairs were required with a video and prices. Unfortunately the prices were too high or I would have got them to fit the new brakes.

The communication is great. I enjoyed receiving a video of the car I had bought. It was also very interesting watching the video from the mechanic showing the underneath of my car.
