Helpful staff. A full tank would have been better than a nearly empty tank as it's very hard to judge how much petrol I'll use. if the tank had been full I could have just filled the car up again before dropping it off

You were going to charge £2600 initially.No reason ever given for the problem. I have been driving my own car for 60 years and never encountered any trouble. Reception staff very helpful. Mini gave parts free so left with bill of £730. Why?

On arrival to the centre I was greeted by a very friendly welcoming salesman, Steve Wison from Grassicks Perth, who completely put me at my ease and showed me the mini range of cars in the showroom displaying a good knowledge of the products.

My car was supposed to be fixed on the Friday and when I got home it the door would not open again. I called the garage and they said someone would call on Saturday morning. I got no call Saturday morning, I had to phone the garage - disappointing.

The dealership is undergoing a refit at present and the reception atea was having to deal with both Mini and BMW customers. I had to phone to find out if my car was ready.

Mileage was not reset after 2 or 3 attempts and still reads 17000 on startup although car has now done 20400. My previous Mini used to say when next service due.
